Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1303 to change the official name of the institution from "the Arizona state school for the deaf and the blind" to "the Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind" (plural).

Changes grammatical references from "which" to "that" in subsection C.4 regarding property conversion procedures.

Maintains all existing provisions regarding the corporation's perpetual succession, corporate seal, tax-exempt status, and powers to sue, contract, and hold property.
