Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-922 regarding school district pupil transportation duties and reporting requirements.

Requires school districts to certify daily route mileage, extended school year transportation mileage, and number of eligible students transported within twelve days after the first 100 or 200 days in session.

Mandates school districts certify bus inventory details by July 15 annually, including manufacturer, purchase date and price, passenger capacity, fuel type, total mileage, road conditions, and mileage for academic, career/technical, and athletic trips.

Makes compliance with reporting requirements mandatory to receive state aid, with the superintendent of public instruction authorized to withhold apportionment if districts fail to comply.
