Amends A.R.S. § 1-215 to modernize statutory definitions by replacing archaic language with contemporary terminology.

Changes the word "signifies" to "means" in the definition of "bribe" and replaces "imports" with "means" in definitions of "corruptly," "malice," and "maliciously."

Removes the definition of "mentally ill person" that referenced outdated terms like "idiot," "insane person," "lunatic," and "person non compos" and renumbers subsequent definitions accordingly.

Amends A.R.S. § 26-121 to update militia exemptions by replacing "idiots, lunatics" with "persons with a serious mental illness" and changing "ministers of the gospel" to "members of the clergy."

Modernizes statutory language throughout Arizona Revised Statutes to remove outdated, offensive, or stigmatizing terminology while maintaining the legal intent of the definitions.
