Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 15-511 to add an exception allowing school districts and charter schools to spend money on membership in local, state, or national chambers of commerce.

Maintains the existing prohibition on school districts spending monies for membership in associations that attempt to influence election outcomes.

Does not change other provisions restricting school personnel from using district resources or authority to influence elections or legislation.
