Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-246 to correct the definition reference for "game and fish facility" to match section 17-281.

Allows the Game and Fish Commission to enter into ground leases for land where game and fish facilities will be built, renovated, or improved and sold to the department under installment purchase agreements.

Permits the commission to enter into installment purchase agreements to acquire game and fish facilities with approval of the joint legislative budget committee.

Allows the commission to contract that game and fish facilities are considered personal property despite being permanently attached to land.
