Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-112 to correct language regarding existing actions or violations under repealed laws.

Changes the reference from "code" to "title" when describing applicable provisions for proceedings taken on or after January 1, 1955.

Preserves rights accrued and actions commenced under laws repealed before January 1, 1955, with subsequent proceedings conforming to applicable provisions of the revised title.

Ensures repealed laws remain in force only to the extent necessary to address existing violations and their consequences that occurred prior to the statutory date.
