Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-814 requiring courts to order restitution to pawnbrokers and dealers when stolen property is recovered and the seller is convicted of a related crime.

Applies to property stolen or pledged to pawnbrokers or dealers, including numismatic or bullion gold coins and precious items as defined in section 44-1601.

Mandates restitution be ordered pursuant to existing Arizona restitution law in chapter 8 of title 13.

Effective March 28, 2013 (signed by governor).
