AZ HB2101

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-883 regarding parking privileges for persons with disabilities.

Allows the director to enter into agreements with other jurisdictions, including foreign countries, to extend disabled parking privileges to Arizona residents and recognize disability parking permits from other jurisdictions.

Grants nonresidents with motor vehicles licensed in other states or foreign countries the same parking privileges as Arizona residents if they display valid disability plates or placards from their home jurisdiction.

Eliminates the requirement for a written agreement between Arizona and another jurisdiction for the state to recognize and honor that jurisdiction's disability parking permits.
