Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-726 regarding textbook and instructional computer software purchases in schools.

Changes language in subsection A from "have advisory authority to assist" to "advise" regarding the county school superintendent's role in helping governing boards select and order textbooks and instructional computer software in schools with four or fewer teachers.

Maintains existing procedures for state welfare institutions and accommodation schools to purchase textbooks and instructional computer software using the same methods as common schools.

Preserves requirement that welfare institutions use their own institutional funds for textbook purchases, while county school superintendents purchase textbooks for accommodation schools from county school reserve funds.
