Amends Section 13-3006 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding divulging communication service information.

Makes a technical correction by changing "communications service provider" to "communication service provider" throughout the statute.

Maintains the class 6 felony classification for two offenses: (1) intentionally obtaining knowledge of wire or electronic communication contents through connivance with a service provider, and (2) intentionally divulging communication contents by service providers or their officers/employees without authorization.

Preserves existing exemptions under Section 13-3012 for authorized disclosures.
