Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-6303 regarding registration of securities in beneficiary form.

Removes the phrase "of the law" from subsection A to clarify that a security may be registered in beneficiary form if authorized by the article or similar statute of the state of organization, the registering entity's location, or the owner's address state.

Maintains the provision that registrations governed by jurisdictions without similar beneficiary form statutes are presumed valid as a matter of contract law.
