Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 39-204 regarding publication of notices in newspapers.

Removes commas after "board" in three subsections (C.1, C.2, and C.3) for grammatical correction.

Changes language in subsection C.2 from "in the county which" to "in the county that" for improved clarity when referring to newspapers in adjoining counties.

Adds clarifying language "in the county" to subsection C.2 to specify that newspapers of general circulation must be located in the county where publication is required.
