Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-558 regarding student-school contracts at private cosmetology schools.

Requires private schools to execute contracts between the school and student in duplicate, with forms approved by the board.

Contracts must be signed by a school official and the student, or parent/guardian if the student is under eighteen years of age.

Mandates that a fully executed copy of the contract be provided to the student and the original copy retained by the school.
