Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-344 regarding uniform plans for workers' compensation insurance in Arizona.

Removes redundant language from subsection B clarifying that rating organizations must file their own statistical plans with the director for approval before use.

Corrects subsection C to eliminate duplicative use of the word "develop" and adds clarifying punctuation regarding how insurers may develop subclassifications of the uniform classification plan.

Maintains requirements that insurers or rating organizations file subclassifications with the director and observe a 15-day waiting period before effectiveness.

Preserves the director's authority to disapprove subclassifications that cannot be reported consistently with uniform plans or fail to meet rate standards under Section 20-356.
