Amends Arizona fire district election procedures to allow candidates seeking election to a reorganized fire district's governing body to appear on the reorganization election ballot if they properly file nomination papers and petitions as prescribed by state law.

Changes the timeframe for canvassing election returns in fire district reorganization and merger elections from "within fourteen days" to "at least six days but not more than twenty days" after the election.

Requires ballots for reorganization elections to provide as a separate race the names of properly nominated candidates for elected chief, secretary-treasurer, or board member positions conditional on approval of the reorganization.

Modifies language regarding fire district mergers to clarify that the governing body with the largest population must call a joint meeting within thirty days after merger approval.
