Creates section 33-1242.01 for condominiums and section 33-1818 for planned communities to authorize management companies to act on behalf of associations and their boards of directors within the scope of their agency agreement.

Allows management company officers and employees to lawfully represent associations on all matters covered by a written agency agreement with the board of directors.

Establishes that a written agency agreement between an association and management company constitutes full authorization for management company employees to act as association employees.

Requires the Arizona Supreme Court to prescribe rules governing how management company employees may act on behalf of associations under these agency agreements.
