Requires procurement officers of Arizona state agencies, counties, cities, and towns to purchase goods, articles, materials, and services manufactured in or derived from the United States when feasible.

Exempts purchases that are prohibited by federal law or treaty, inconsistent with the public interest, unreasonable in cost, or for products not produced or manufactured in the United States in sufficient commercial quantities or satisfactory quality.

Applies to all government procurement activities across state, county, and local levels unless specific exceptions are met.
