Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-1008 regarding dog licensing fees and requirements.

Allows county boards of supervisors to waive dog license fees for individuals with disabilities who use service animals as defined in section 11-1024.

Requires applicants claiming service animal status to provide adequate proof satisfactory to the county enforcement agent that the dog is a service animal.

Makes minor grammatical corrections throughout the statute, replacing "which" with "that" and "furnish" with "provide" and "upon" with "on."
