Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-5432 to add an exemption from gross weight fees for farm and ranch vehicles.

Exempts single vehicles or vehicle combinations with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,001 to 26,000 pounds when operated by farm or ranch owners, operators, or employees for transporting agricultural commodities, livestock, machinery, or supplies within 150 miles of the farm or ranch.

The exemption applies only to incidental use and does not affect other existing exemptions for religious institutions, nonprofit schools, nonprofit organizations, government vehicles, or contracted school buses.

Maintains all other provisions of section 28-5432 regarding gross weight fee applications and existing exceptions.
