Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-426 regarding school district elections and governing board member oath procedures.

Requires governing board members to subscribe to the oath of office within 30 calendar days following the canvass of their election.

Authorizes the county school superintendent to declare a school board office vacant if the elected member fails to take the oath of office within 30 days.

Provides that if an office is declared vacant due to failure to take the oath, the county school superintendent shall fill the vacancy according to Section 15-302.
