Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 27-271.01 regarding the inventory of state trust lands containing common mineral products.

Clarifies that the Department shall maintain an inventory of state trust lands suitable for lease or sale under the relevant article.

Applies to lands within boundaries identified in section 37-312 and located in counties with populations exceeding 600,000 persons according to the most recent U.S. decennial census.

Requires that persons applying for land reclassification under section 37-312 be notified if the land has been identified by the Department as suitable for lease or sale.
