Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-743 regarding liability insurance for industrial development authorities.

Allows municipalities or counties to expend public monies to procure liability insurance covering industrial development authority corporations and their board members, officers, agents, and employees.

Permits including industrial development authority corporations in self-insurance programs on the same basis as municipalities or counties use for their own officers, agents, and employees.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language by removing "provision of" and clarifying references to "board of directors."
