Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 34-255 regarding persons convicted of violating section 34-252.

Persons convicted under section 34-252 are prohibited from entering into contracts with governmental agencies (directly or as subcontractors) for up to three years from the date of conviction.

Court may prescribe that a convicted person cannot be employed as an officer, director, employee, or agent of a corporation engaged in public work contracts with governmental agencies for up to three years from conviction.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including fixing a misspelling of "corporation" and clarifying court authority regarding employment restrictions.
