Amends section 44-1244 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to fraudulent practices in the sale of petroleum products.

Prohibits storing or keeping petroleum products in storage tanks, containers, or receptacles that previously contained a different product or product from a different manufacturer, refiner, producer, or marketer.

Requires that any tank, container, or receptacle be emptied and relabeled in accordance with article requirements before being used for a different petroleum product.

Makes a technical correction by replacing the reference to "chapter" with "article" in the statute.
