Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-276 regarding conservation easements to correct the effective date language.

Changes the applicability provision from referring to "its effective date" to specifically stating "August 7, 1985" as the date after which conservation easements must comply with the statute.

Clarifies that the law applies to any interest created after August 7, 1985 that complies with the article, regardless of how it is designated (conservation easement, covenant, equitable servitude, restriction, easement, or otherwise).

Preserves existing protections by confirming that the statute does not invalidate any conservation or preservation easements that are enforceable under other state laws.
