Adds definition of "intern trainee" to Arizona funeral service statutes as a person temporarily employed by a funeral establishment who intends to enter training as an intern.

Permits funeral establishments to employ intern trainees for up to one year total if enrolled or intending to enroll in a college of mortuary science.

Allows intern trainees who complete at least 8 hours of board-approved training including universal precautions to assist in preparing human remains and embalming under direct supervision of a licensed embalmer.

Requires funeral establishments to submit intern trainee names, addresses, and fingerprint background check information to the board and report when employment terminates.

Authorizes the board to establish and collect fees for intern trainee employment.
