Amends Title 1, chapter 2 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Article 4 regarding government publications in languages other than English.

Requires state agencies issuing or disseminating publications, documents, or materials in non-English languages (excluding voting materials) to post them on a government internet website and maintain a printed copy in the agency office.

Mandates that the English language version include a conspicuous notice with the internet website address and agency office location where non-English versions are available.
