Requires school districts and charter schools to acquire and display United States flags (at least 2 feet by 3 feet) manufactured in the United States in each classroom and on or near school buildings during school hours.

Mandates schools to acquire legible copies of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights manufactured in the United States and display them adjacent to classroom flags in grades 7-12.

Requires schools to set aside specific time each day in grades 1-12 for pupils to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag, with an exemption available at the request of a parent.

Exempts private schools, parochial schools, and homeschools from all requirements in the statute.
