Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-343 regarding the filling of candidate vacancies in elections.

Adds new subsection H making candidates ineligible if they change party designation on voter registration or publicly declare a party change during the 60 days before a primary or general election, with their position declared vacant and filled per existing vacancy procedures.

Corrects grammar in subsection G by changing "is" to "are" regarding early voting notices about write-in and withdrawn candidates.

Maintains existing procedures for filling vacancies caused by death, incapacity, or voluntary withdrawal through respective party committees and nomination processes.
