Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-641 regarding retally procedures for voting machines when discrepancies appear in election returns.

Requires the board of supervisors to give written notice to each candidate whose name appears on the ballot in the affected election precinct before conducting a retally.

Allows each candidate and two representatives from each political party with candidates on the ballot to be present during the retally process.

Clarifies language regarding the examination and testing of voting machines if discrepancies remain after the initial retally, including resetting counters to zero and operating them at least 100 times.

Establishes that corrections resulting from retally procedures are considered part of the official election returns.
