Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-1108 to modify the privilege protecting communications with critical incident stress management team members.

Removes the exception that previously prevented privilege protection during criminal investigations, making crisis response communications confidential even during criminal investigations.

Adds "dispatcher" to the definition of "designated person" eligible to receive privileged crisis response services from critical incident stress management teams.

Maintains four exceptions to the privilege: clear and present danger to the person or others, express consent to testimony, voluntary testimony by the person in crisis, or breach of department policy violating enforceable laws.

Clarifies that critical incident stress management team members include trained individuals from law enforcement, probation, firefighter, and emergency medical provider crisis response teams.
