Repeals energy efficiency standards for residential pool pumps and residential pool pump motors that were set to begin January 1, 2012.

Removes definitions for "portable electric spa," "residential pool pump," and "residential pool pump motor" from Arizona's energy efficiency standards statute.

Eliminates requirements that residential pool pump motors be two-speed capable and operate at low-speed settings by default.

Removes standards prohibiting split-phase or capacitor start-induction run type motors for residential pool pumps (with limited exceptions for aboveground pools).

Enacted as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
