Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 33, Chapter 16, Article 1 by adding section 33-1818 regarding homeowners' associations and planned communities.

Prohibits homeowners' associations from restricting members' use of their property for vegetable gardens or cultivation of other edible plants.

Applies regardless of any conflicting provisions in community documents, covenants, or association rules.

Allows property owners to grow food crops on any portion of their residential property within planned communities governed by homeowners' associations.
