Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 12-945 and 13-3105 regarding the disposal of forfeited and unclaimed firearms.

Requires courts to order forfeited firearms to be sold to authorized federal firearms licensed businesses that comply with all applicable federal and state law, unless prohibited by law.

Allows law enforcement agencies to trade retained firearms to licensed dealers for ammunition, weapons, equipment, or other materials for exclusive law enforcement use.

Removes the one-year deadline for selling forfeited weapons and explosives under section 13-3105.

Adds "local law" compliance requirements to existing federal and state law standards for the sale or disposal of forfeited deadly weapons, dangerous instruments, and explosives.
