Requires law enforcement agencies receiving funds under sections 12-116.04 or 41-1723 for officer safety equipment to reimburse officers who purchase protective armor at a minimum of $1,275 or the actual cost, whichever is greater.

Mandates law enforcement agencies replace an officer's protective armor with new armor meeting current national standards when the officer's existing armor reaches the end of its service life.
