Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2181.02 to create a new exemption from public report requirements for sales of subdivided lands by a subdivider in platted subdivisions.

Establishes eight conditions for the exemption, including: prior public report issuance, assured water supply, complete improvements (except residences), disclosure of a seller's residential property disclosure statement and prior public report to buyers, and verified compliance with financial and legal requirements by subdivision owners and developers.

Removes previous exemption provisions in subsection B that required subdividers to notify the real estate commissioner before sale or lease and to provide signed compliance statements, replacing them with the new stricter conditions in subsection A.

Maintains existing exemptions for bulk sales of six or more lots in one transaction, sales of parcels of 160 acres or more, and sales by individuals of separately acquired lots not in platted subdivisions.

Clarifies that the amendments do not affect commissioner's enforcement powers or political subdivisions' jurisdiction over land sales.
