Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-569 regarding admissibility of evidence in medical malpractice actions.

Prohibits introduction of evidence that a party or witness has professional liability insurance coverage issued by a health care insurer under title 20, chapter 7, article 2.

Prohibits evidence of financial interests in health care insurers held through stock ownership, insurance policies, notes, contributed surplus notes, or other indebtedness.

Applies to medical malpractice trials and any hearings or review proceedings related to health care actions.
