Amends section 32-1421 to change language from "which" to "that" regarding activities that do not require a doctor's judgment, and updates references to "United States department of veterans affairs" replacing "veterans administration."

Modifies section 32-1426 to allow licensure by endorsement for applicants whose license under the chapter has expired, in addition to those licensed in another jurisdiction.

Amends section 32-1428 to clarify that pro bono registration allows doctors to practice up to 60 days total per calendar year, and specifies that these 60 days may be performed consecutively or cumulatively throughout the calendar year.
