Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-421 to add restrictions on immediate family members serving on school district governing boards of five members.

Prohibits persons related as immediate family with the same household of residence within four years prior from serving simultaneously on the same five-member governing board.

Prohibits persons related as immediate family with the same household of residence within four years prior from being simultaneous candidates for nomination or election to the same five-member governing board.

Defines "immediate family" as individuals married to each other and any children of those individuals, and "household of residence" as place of abode or residence address used for voter registration or property tax purposes.

Allows qualified electors to bring civil actions in superior court to enforce these restrictions.
