Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-502 to require school district governing boards to adopt and administer personnel policies that provide noncertificated personnel with substantially equivalent due process procedures as those prescribed for certificated teachers.

Makes minor technical correction changing "upon" to "on" in language regarding teacher contract contingencies based on certificate receipt.

Maintains existing provisions regarding employment of school district personnel, including requirements for certificated teachers, part-time employment rules, and business manager qualifications.

Preserves requirement that school districts pay discharged employees their wages within ten calendar days of discharge.

Retains prohibition on school district policies that provide employment retention priority based on tenure or seniority.
