Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-673 regarding school immunization duties of local health departments.

Allows local health departments to contract with private health care insurers to seek reimbursement for immunization costs provided to pupils at no charge.

Establishes 90-day response deadline for private health care insurers to respond to contract requests from local health departments, either individually or through coalitions or intermediaries.

Requires private health care insurers that decline or fail to respond to contract requests within 90 days to reimburse local health departments at the in-network provider rate.

Clarifies that pupils 18 years or older or those who are emancipated may consent to immunization without parental approval.
