Amends Arizona law to clarify that persons eligible for service in the Arizona state guard may privately purchase firearms and equipment suited for maintaining proficiency of arms, in accordance with all other laws.

Defines "particularly suited firearm or equipment" to include semiautomatic handguns (for persons age 21+), semiautomatic or pump shotguns, semiautomatic rifles with various tactical configurations, full-capacity magazines, and ammunition compatible with these weapons.

Specifies that possession, maintenance, use, and transport of such firearms and equipment by eligible Arizona state guard members is lawful within the state.

Makes clarifying grammatical edits to section 26-174 regarding Arizona state guard governance and appropriations.

Modifies section 13-3114 to update the definition of firearms subject to state regulation, changing reference from firearms that "discharge two or more projectiles with one trigger activation" to those "designed to shoot automatically more than one shot, without manual reloading, by a single function of the trigger."
