AZ HB2436

Requires state agencies and political subdivisions, including school districts, charter schools, community college districts, and universities under the Arizona Board of Regents, to include a "multiracial" category in ethnicity surveys when required by law or necessary to implement a legally-mandated program.

Applies only to newly created governmental forms containing ethnicity surveys issued after the bill's effective date.

Allows governmental units to continue using existing ethnicity survey forms without the multiracial category requirement until those forms are depleted.
