Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-126 relating to violations and classifications in military affairs.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from subsection A, which addresses persons who knowingly fail to provide information or provide false information to county recorders or enrolling officers.

Maintains existing penalties: Class 2 misdemeanor for individuals who fail to provide or falsely provide information to county recorders or enrolling officers.

Maintains existing penalties: Petty offense for county recorders or enrolling officers who fail to perform duties or falsify records under the chapter.
