Amends section 26-1003 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding jurisdiction to try military personnel under the code of military justice.

Changes language in subsection A to clarify that persons discharged from the national guard who are charged with fraudulently obtaining discharge remain subject to court-martial trial.

Specifies that after conviction for fraudulent discharge, persons are subject to court-martial for all code offenses committed before the fraudulent discharge.

Subsection B maintains that persons who have deserted from the national guard remain subject to military code jurisdiction despite any later separation from service.
