Adds section 33-1818 to Arizona Revised Statutes regulating master association dues for age-restricted planned communities.

Requires that members of age-restricted planned communities only pay master association dues if mandated by community documents or master association documents.

Limits master association dues to the lesser of: (a) the cost to provide services supporting the age-restricted community's use of common areas, or (b) no more than 20 percent of the master association's regular assessments and dues.

Allows individual members of age-restricted planned communities the option to voluntarily make full payment to the master association at their discretion.
