Allows the Arizona Game and Fish Commission to issue class A fishing or class G hunting licenses to honorably discharged veterans at a reduced fee, with a 10% discount for every four years of active duty service including national guard or reserve components.

Requires veterans to have been Arizona residents for at least one year before applying for the reduced-fee license.

Authorizes the commission to reduce license fees for active duty military members stationed in Arizona for 30 days or more, providing a 10% discount for every four years of service.

Maintains existing provisions for complimentary lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for 100% disabled veterans and pioneers over age 70 who meet residency requirements.

Preserves the youth class F reduced-fee license program for Eagle Scouts and Girl Scout Gold Award recipients.
