Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-3392 to clarify eligibility for defensive driving school programs for commercial driver license (CDL) holders.

Specifies that CDL holders or drivers of commercial motor vehicles found guilty of moving violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle may be required to attend defensive driving school but cannot have convictions dismissed and must have violations reported to the department.

Establishes that CDL holders are not eligible for the defensive driving diversion program if the moving violation occurred while operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Allows CDL holders cited for moving violations while operating non-commercial motor vehicles to remain eligible for the defensive driving diversion program.
