Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-874 to add posting requirements for school vaccination exemption rates.

Requires each school district and private school to annually post on its website the percentage of pupils with an exemption from immunization under section 15-873.

Maintains existing requirements for schools to report immunization data to local health departments and the department of health services by November 30 of each school year.

Preserves current immunization record requirements including student name, immunization dates, evidence of immunity, and exemption information.
