Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-7212 regarding disposition of public roadways.

County roadways that form boundary lines between two counties require joint action by both counties' boards of supervisors before disposal.

State or county roadways that are boundary lines of incorporated cities or towns, or state/county highways within incorporated cities or towns, require joint action between the governing bodies of the city/town and the county or state before disposal.

Allows a county board of supervisors or the state to abandon a county or state highway within an incorporated city or town by resolution, subject to contract obligations.
